Activities: The reception staff will be happy to suggest ideas and give you tips to plan your holiday.
Bathrobe and slippers: will be ready for you on your bed.
Bavarian curling: can be played on our in-house curling rink.
Bicycle hire: Please enquire at reception.
Breakfast: 7:00am to 10:30am.
Check-in: until 6:00pm or by arrangement.
Check-out: until 12:00pm.
Coffee and cake: daily in the restaurants and on the terrace.
Currencies: We accept Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Danish Kroner, Euros, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollars, Norwegian Kroner, Swedish Kronor, US Dollars.
Dinner: 18:30pm to 20:45pm, from 20:45pm à la carte dining "Kleine Karte."
Dress-code: guests will be expected to dress appropriately in our restaurants.
Electricity: All rooms have power sockets. International adapters can be borrowed from reception.
Fitness centre: Please request appointments at reception or directly at the Beautyfarm. Telephone +49 (0) 7651 805-408.
Garage: If required you may rent a garage for the duration of your stay for 13 euros a day.
Guest card: On payment of the local visitor’s tax, you will receive a KNOUS guest card. This card enables you to use the local public transport free of charge.
Hairdryer: All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Hand towels: will be on your bed ready for you.
Internet: Wi-Fi internet connection is available free of charge in almost all rooms and in the lobby and lounge area.
Lunch: is served in the restaurants from 11:30am to 2:00pm.
Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces available around the hotel. Garages can also be rented from reception and cost 13 euros per day.
Payment methods: We accept cash and all well-known credit cards except for Amex and Diners Club.
Pets: 18 euros per day and per dog. Please let us know you will be brining a pet when you make your booking. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or fitness areas.
Post: The reception staff will be happy to post any letters or postcards for you. You can also buy stamps at reception.
Quiet time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm and from 10:00pm to 7:00am
Restaurant opening times: 11:30am to 2:00pm and 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
Rooms available: from 3:00pm.
Room service: We will be happy to provide you with room service. Please enquire at reception.
Sauna opening times: 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Children from 14 years old.
Shuttle-Service: We are happy to pick you up from the railway station. Please inform the reception of your arrival time.
Skates: can be hired from the hotel.
Skating: is possible on the frozen Titisee Lake or at the ice rink near our hotel.
Ski-tracks: cross country ski-tracks can be found close to the hotel.
Smoking: All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also not permitted in the restaurants. There are smoking areas available in the hotel.
Swimming pool opening times: 8:00am to 8:00pm. Swimwear obligatory.
Taxi: We can order a taxi and ring you in your room when it arrives.
Toboggans: can be hired from reception.
Toboggan run: can be found near the hotel.
Vesper (snack including bread, cheeses and cold cuts): served on the terrace from the set menu from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Visitor’s tax: A local visitor’s tax is levied at a rate of 2 euros per person and per day.
Wake-up call: Please request this at reception.
Washing: We will be happy to wash and iron your clothes.
